Federal Government Submits Proposal for Termination Settlement Forms Review

The Regulatory Secretariat is requesting OMB review and approval to extend the use of Termination Settlement Proposal Forms--FAR (Standard Forms 1435 through 1440), which are used for government contract settlements, to ensure they remain necessary and efficient, and to gather feedback on potential improvements to minimize burden on respondents.
