Agricultural Marketing Service Proposes Delay of Poultry Grower Payment Systems Rule

The Agricultural Marketing Service is proposing to delay the effective date of the Poultry Grower Payment Systems and Capital Improvement Systems rule from July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027, to allow further consideration of potential actions related to the rule's disposition.
