DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule to Repeal Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are eliminating the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program from the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to comply with the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010, section 1335.
