U.S. Trade Representative Office Announces Accepted Petitions for Competitive Need Limitation Waiver and Determinations Under Generalized System of Preferences (GSP)

The U.S. Trade Representative Office has accepted petitions to waive competitive need limitations on imports of eligible GSP products and determined that certain products were not produced in the U.S. as of January 1, 1995, and provides a schedule for submitting comments and participating in a public hearing on these petitions.
