U.S. Requests WTO Dispute Settlement Over China's Duties on U.S. Grain-Oriented Steel
The U.S. Trade Representative's Office is seeking public comments on a WTO dispute with China over countervailing and antidumping duties imposed on U.S. imports of grain-oriented flat-rolled electrical steel, following a request for consultations on September 15, 2010.
