USITC Investigation into MEMS Devices and Products Alleging Patent Infringement by Analog Devices, Inc.

Analog Devices, Inc. has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) alleging that certain MEMS devices and products infringe on two U.S. patents. The complaint was filed on December 1, 2009, and has been supplemented and amended since then. The USITC will investigate the matter and may issue exclusion orders and cease and desist orders if it finds infringement.
