U.S.-Trans-Pacific Partnership Free Trade Agreement: Advice on Probable Economic Effect of Providing Duty-Free Treatment for Imports

The U.S. Trade Representative requested the Commission to investigate the probable economic effect of providing duty-free treatment for imports under the U.S.-Trans-Pacific Partnership Free Trade Agreement, following a request received on December 15, 2009.
