U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation on Semiconductor Integrated Circuits

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to review part of a 2009 ruling on semiconductor chips, but will not take a stance on one issue and has closed the investigation, finding no violation of trade laws.
