US Commission Schedules Expedited Reviews for Carbazole Violet Pigment 23 from China and India

The US International Trade Commission has announced expedited reviews to determine if revoking countervailing duties on carbazole violet pigment 23 from India and antidumping duties on the same pigment from China and India would harm US industries, and has extended the review period by up to 90 days.
