U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Violations of U.S. Patent No. 5,965,831 by Certain Stringed Musical Instruments and Components

The U.S. International Trade Commission has initiated an investigation into allegations of patent infringement by certain stringed musical instruments and components, following a complaint filed on February 26, 2010, by Geoffrey Lee McCabe of Hollywood, California, on behalf of himself.
