U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Apple and NeXT for Patent Infringement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has begun an investigation into Apple Inc. and NeXT Software for allegedly infringing on several U.S. patents related to personal data and mobile communications devices, following a complaint filed on March 2, 2010.
