Glyphosate Antidumping Investigation from China Discontinued

The US Department of Commerce and the Commission have discontinued their antidumping investigation into glyphosate imports from China, following a withdrawal of a petition by Albaugh, Inc., due to lack of investigation initiation under the Tariff Act of 1930.
