U.S. International Trade Commission Reviews Addition of Pharmaceutical Products to Tariff Schedule

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) initiated an investigation into the addition of certain pharmaceutical products to the tariff schedule following a request from the U.S. Trade Representative on May 27, 2010.
