U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into HTC Corp. Allegations of Patent Infringement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has initiated an investigation into HTC Corp. of Taiwan, following a complaint filed on May 12, 2010, alleging patent infringement of certain U.S. patents related to portable electronic devices and software.
