Federal Home Loan Banks to Allow Voluntary Mergers
The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has issued a final rule allowing Federal Home Loan Banks to merge with other Banks with the approval of their boards of directors, members, and the FHFA Director, under the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (HERA).
