Ms. Bubbles, Inc. Provisionally Accepts Settlement Agreement and Order
The Consumer Product Safety Commission provisionally accepted a settlement agreement with Ms. Bubbles, Inc., imposing a $40,000 civil penalty, and will publish it in the Federal Register as per the Consumer Product Safety Act.
