U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission Terminates Portable Bed Rails Proceeding
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is withdrawing its advance notice of proposed rulemaking for portable bed rails, which was initiated in 2000, following the enactment of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008.
