U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission Issues Final Rule on Hand-Supported Hair Dryers

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has determined that hand-supported hair dryers without integral immersion protection pose a substantial product hazard, as mandated by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008.
