CPSC Announces Effective Date for 100 ppm Lead Content Limit in Children's Products

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has set an effective date of August 14, 2011, for children's products to meet the 100 parts per million (ppm) lead content limit, unless otherwise excluded under CPSC regulations, following a public hearing on technological feasibility.
