CPSC Incorporates New Drain Cover Standard Under Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has found the new drain cover standard, ANSI/APSP-16 2011, to be in the public interest and incorporated it into its regulations, implementing the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act.
