Bad Boy Enterprises, LLC Provisionally Accepts Settlement Agreement and Order
The Consumer Product Safety Commission provisionally accepted a $715,000 settlement with Bad Boy Enterprises, LLC, and will publish the agreement in the Federal Register, as per the terms of the Consumer Product Safety Act.
