Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection Publishes Interim Final Rule for Regulation C

The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection is seeking public comment on an interim final rule establishing a new Regulation C, which will replace the existing Home Mortgage Disclosure Act regulations, as part of its efforts to republish consumer financial protection laws with updated rules.
