Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection Publishes Interim Final Rule for Regulation DD

The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection is publishing an interim final rule for Regulation DD, a consumer financial protection law, following the transfer of rulemaking authority from the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in 2011, as part of the Dodd-Frank Act.
