Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection Corrects Consumer Leasing Regulation

The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection is revising an interim final rule for Regulation M, which governs consumer leasing, published in the Federal Register on December 19, 2011, after transferring rulemaking authority from the Federal Reserve to the Bureau under the Dodd-Frank Act.
