FCC Adopts New Cost Recovery Methodologies for Telecommunications Relay Services

The Federal Communications Commission has adopted new cost recovery methodologies for Telecommunications Relay Services, resulting in fairer and more predictable rates that better reflect actual costs and market realities, and plans to conduct more comprehensive auditing of TRS providers to ensure Fund integrity.
