FCC Adopts Rules for Noncommercial Digital TV Ancillary Services
The Federal Communications Commission has adopted new rules allowing noncommercial educational television licensees to use digital television capacity for ancillary and supplementary services. The rules require Office of Management and Budget approval to take effect, which has now been granted.
