FSIS Requests Revision of State Meat and Poultry Inspection Systems Information Collection

The US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is seeking to revise its approved information collection for State Meat and Poultry Inspection (MPI) Programs, which will add 204 burden hours due to the introduction of a new inspection program, with the current approval set to expire on August 31, 2026.
