FCC Clarifies Autodialed Calls to Wireless Numbers with Prior Express Consent

The Federal Communications Commission has clarified its rules regarding autodialed calls to wireless numbers, stating that such calls are permissible if made with the prior express consent of the called party, in response to a petition filed by ACA International.
