FCC Receives OMB Approval for Public Information Collections

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for public information collections, allowing them to collect data without requiring respondents to fill out forms. This approval is granted under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
