Equipment Approval of Modular Transmitters

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has announced that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved new rules for the approval of modular transmitters for a period of three years, which will modify the Form 731 Application for Equipment Authorization and implement information collection requirements subject to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
