National Exchange Carrier Association (NECA) Submits Payment Formula and Fund Size Estimate for Interstate Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) Fund

The Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau is seeking public comment on NECA's proposed compensation rates for various telecommunications relay services, including traditional TRS, STS, CTS, IP CTS, IP Relay, and VRS, as well as the proposed carrier contribution factor and TRS Fund size requirement.
