Verizon and Qwest Seek Extension of Forbearance Relief from Cost Assignment Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on a request by Verizon and Qwest to extend forbearance relief from cost assignment rules, which was initially granted to AT&T and BellSouth in April 2008.
