FCC Clarifies Digital Television Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has issued a document clarifying two issues related to the conversion to digital television, following a joint petition for reconsideration from the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) and the Multichannel Satellite Television Association (MSTV).
