Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau Clarifies TRS Provider Certification Transferability
The Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau has clarified that certification of Internet-based TRS providers for compensation from the Interstate TRS Fund is not transferable, responding to requests for guidance from the public.
