Deletion of Agenda Item From August 1, 2008, Open Meeting

The Commission will review a Memorandum Opinion and Order and Declaratory Ruling related to Verizon Wireless and Rural Cellular Corporation's applications to transfer control of licenses and spectrum manager leasing arrangements, as well as petitions filed by RCC to extend a foreign ownership ruling previously granted to Verizon Wireless.
