Radio Broadcasting Services; Asbury and Maquoketa, IA, and Mineral Point, WI - Proposed Channel Allotments and Substitutions

The Audio Division of the Federal Communications Commission proposes allotting Channel 238A to KM Radio of Independence, LLC, for its first local service in Mineral Point, Wisconsin, and substituting Channel 254A for vacant Channel 238A at Asbury, Iowa, to accommodate a hybrid community of license application. The Commission also issues an order to show cause for Maquoketa Broadcasting Company, licensee of Station KMAQ-FM, regarding a potential channel change at Maquoketa.
