The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a petition filed by L. Dean Spencer to allocate Channel 261A to Irvington, Kentucky, as the community's first local radio station, with the proposed site located approximately 8.5 miles northwest of the town at 37-56-52 NL and 86-24-54 WL.
