FCC Amends Regulatory Fees for Fiscal Year 2008

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has amended its Schedule of Regulatory Fees to collect $312 million in fees for Fiscal Year 2008, as mandated by Congress under the Communications Act of 1934.
