Enforcement Bureau Debars Mr. George Marchelos from E-Rate Program for Three Years

The Enforcement Bureau has taken action against Mr. George Marchelos, debarring him from the schools and libraries universal service support mechanism for three years due to his conviction of wire fraud and aiding and abetting, as well as collusion and siding and abetting in connection with the program, in an effort to protect the E-Rate Program from waste, fraud and abuse.
