FCC Announces OMB Approval for Digital TV Signal Carriage Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to implement rules for the carriage of digital television broadcast signals for a period of three years, following a 2008 report on the issue.
