The FCC has allocated Channel 231C3 to Boardman, Oregon, and Channel 247C3 to Owyhee, Nevada, as the first local aural transmission services for these communities, following a Notice of Proposed Rule Making and an amended counterproposal from College Creek Media, LLC.
