Federal Communications Commission Debars Mr. Allan Green from Schools and Libraries Universal Service Support Mechanism for Three Years
The Federal Communications Commission has taken action to protect the E-Rate Program from waste, fraud, and abuse by debaring Mr. Allan Green for three years due to his conviction of conspiracy to commit mail fraud in connection with his participation in the program.
