Federal Communications Commission Grants Extension of Time for Comments on CTIA's Petition for Declaratory Ruling Regarding Wireless Facilities Siting

The Federal Communications Commission has granted a short extension of time for all interested parties to file more thorough and thoughtful comments on a petition filed by CTIA--The Wireless Association, which seeks to clarify ambiguous provisions of the Communications Act and preempt local ordinances and state laws.
