FCC Requests Comments on Channel Substitution Proposal in Huntsville, AL

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a proposal by Local TV Alabama License, LLC to swap DTV channel 19 for channel 46 in Huntsville, Alabama, which is currently occupied by WHNT-DT. Local TV, the owner of WHNT-DT, is seeking permission to use channel 46.
