FCC Announces OMB Approval for Digital Television Rule

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a three-year period to collect information related to Section 73.624(g) of its rules, with the revised rule taking effect on the date of this notice, following a previously published Report and Order in 2008.
