Radio Broadcasting Services; La Grande and Prairie City, OR - Channel Substitution and Counterproposal Dismissal

The FCC has approved a substitution of Channel 272C for vacant Channel 260C at Prairie City, OR, allowing Station KWRL to continue operation on Channel 260C1, following a petition filed by KSRV, Inc. and dismissing a counterproposal from Pacific Empire Radio Corporation.
