Commission to Review Comprehensive Reform of Inter carrier Compensation and Universal Service

The Commission will consider a report and order, order on remand, and further notice of proposed rulemaking addressing the comprehensive reform of intercarrier compensation and universal service, which was previously scheduled for an open meeting on November 4, 2008.
