FCC Announces Approval of Do-Not-Call Registry Rule for Three Years

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to implement its Do-Not-Call Registry rule for a period of three years, as outlined in its Rules and Regulations Implementing the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991.
