FDA Releases Draft Documents on Fish Consumption and Health Effects
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available two draft documents assessing the health effects of commercial fish consumption on fetal neurodevelopment and coronary heart disease in children and adults, respectively, and the benefits of fish and omega-3 fatty acids on these health outcomes.
