FDA Approves New Dosage for Sevoflurane in Dogs

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has amended animal drug regulations to reflect approval of a supplemental new animal drug application (NADA) filed by pharmaceutical company Abbott Laboratories, Inc., which allows for a revised induction dose of sevoflurane inhalant anesthetic in dogs.
